The Village’s mission is all about our clients – strengthening their lives through the services we provide. Technology plays a crucial role in fulfilling that mission. Electronic health records ensure a continuum of care. Web-based counseling sessions give clients easier access to us. Social media lets us engage with those who need our help and support our work.
That’s why we recently made the investment to overhaul our website, www.TheVillageFamily.org. I encourage you to take a look. You’ll immediately notice a sleeker, more modern appearance that better communicates what we do. But more important than how it looks is its increased functionality for clients. The site is now mobile-friendly, putting our services in the palm of our clients’ hands. We also have more ways for people who need help to reach out to us, including a click-to-call phone number and easier-to-access form for requesting an appointment.
It’s our goal to be a one-stop shop for families and individuals struggling with the challenges of life. Dozens of new clients have already reached out to us through the revamped website. This change has put us one step closer to being the “easy button” for behavioral health services.
